The Patient Portal enables you to:

- Access your health information anywhere
- Keep your information confidential and secure

Anyone aged 13 years or older who is registered with an NHS GP surgery in England, can use the NHS App. To be able to use the NHS App you will need an NHS login.
The patient portal is not the same as the NHS App, which is where you access information held by your GP.
