Accessing Occupational Therapy Assessments
If you or someone you care for needs support with daily activities, you can access an occupational therapy assessment through Warwickshire County Council. Occupational therapists assess your needs and recommend equipment to improve your safety, comfort, and independence at home. Returning Unwanted or Unused Equipment
Do you have equipment you no longer need?  You can return unwanted or unused items to help reduce waste and support others in need. Self-Assessment for Equipment Needs:   If you need equipment but don’t require a full occupational therapy assessment, you can complete a self-assessment with Medequip to identify items that may benefit you.   
 

Buying your own equipment:  If you purchase your equipment, you will be responsible for any repairs or any servicing needed.
