About this event
Social prescribing enables GPs, nurses, and other primary care professionals to refer people to a range of local, non-clinical services to support their health and wellbeing.
Social Prescribers work across the county providing valuable social, emotional, and practical support to people to help them be as safe and well as possible.
This year’s international #SocialPrescribingDay will aim to celebrate the thousands of projects set up to maintain the health of our communities during the COVID-19 pandemic.
