"We are planning a series of online clinical and wellbeing sessions which will focus on topics which you've told us are important to you.
The first session will be on type 2 diabetes and will be presented by Dr Baskar Varadarajan, Consultant in Diabetes and Endocrinology, and will focus on:
• What is new about type 2 diabetes
• Is prevention limited to those without diabetes or can existing patients with diabetes hope to get cured too
• What is our local data telling us
• What should I do today (regardless of having diabetes or not) to help myself
There will be an opportunity to ask questions at the end of the session.
