About this event
Healthwatch Warwickshire, in partnership with the Coventry and Warwickshire Integrated Care Board, is inviting Coventry and Warwickshire residents to help shape the future of the NHS and share their thoughts for the 10-year plan.
The event will take place on Friday 7th February at the Coventry and North Warwickshire Sports Club and will give you the chance to contribute to the national Change NHS programme and comment on their plans by sharing your experiences and ideas to help us build a health service fit for the future.
The plan sets out the three shifts that the Government, health service, and experts agree need to happen. This includes moving care from hospitals to communities, making better use of technology and focusing on preventing sickness, not just treating it. We need your help to ensure that the needs of our local communities are put at the centre of our decision making locally and are heard nationally so that we can continue to deliver health and care services that make a real difference to the people of Coventry and Warwickshire.
The details of the event are:
- Time: 9.30am until 12.30 (tea and coffee will be available on arrival)
- Location: Coventry and North Warwickshire Sports Club, Binley Road, Coventry, CV3 1HB.
The event will enable you to share your priorities and concerns for the future of health and care and be part of development conversations.
