Dr Shade Agboola talks about the opening of the new rapid Covid-19 test centre in Stratford for people without symptoms of Covid-19.
Front line workers, those who can’t work from home, those who meet other people as part of their job, and those caring for vulnerable family members or friends, are being encouraged to come forward and get tested. Identifying people who are carrying the virus but do not yet know it, will enable them to isolate sooner and drive down the numbers of cases of Covid-19 in the community.
By getting tested, taking responsibility for our own actions, and continuing to follow the guidelines, together we can and will make a difference.
