Interviews with Carers
We are working with NHS England on a project to improve the experience of carers who look after a relative, friend or neighbour.
Healthwatch Warwickshire was asked to interview carers where the person they look after has been admitted to and discharged from hospital within the last 6 months.
We would like to say a big 'Thank you' to those who shared their story with us.
The interview stage of the project is now drawing to a close, however if you are a carer, we would still like to hear about your experience so we can pass your feedback (anonymously) onto those who are involved in the discharge process to identify what was good and what could have been better.
