Winter Outreach: 3 Quick Questions
- Have you experienced a delay in accessing health or social care? We wanted to know whether any delay affected you physically or mentally.
- Is the rising cost of living affecting health or social care for you or someone you know?
- Do you have a choice in where you get prescriptions? E.g., a pharmacy or ordering service. We wanted to hear your experience good or bad.
We shared these questions via an online form, promoted through a QR code and social media. We distributed the questions on a leaflet which could be returned by free post. Our engagement officers visited community spaces and events such as playgroups, warm hubs, community cafes, hospital waiting rooms and cost of living events to distribute the survey and to support people to fill it in. As an incentive to share feedback we offered the opportunity to be entered into a £25 prize draw. Over three and a half months, 404 Warwickshire residents responded to our survey sharing their views.
