This is the second performance report of our new contract. Every three months we provide a report on our activities, and their impact.

This quarter we bid a fond farewell to Carla, (pictured right) as we prepare to welcome a new Engagement and Outreach Officer for Warwickshire North, in June.

The section of the report called 'What we heard' shows we received 687 pieces of feedback about local services this quarter. Thank you to everyone who shared their experiences of health and social care with us.

We include anonymous quotes in the report as examples of the type of both positive and negative feedback we have received.
